Cancel my Zoosk’ subscription: where is the cancel link?

Since last July, in Sos Internet we have have noticed an increase in the number of demands from clients who wanted to be unsbuscribed from Zoosk. And the reason was always the same: the “Cancel membership” link has disappeared!

 

Many users have claimed that the Zoosk client support never answered them (only by automatic answers): and now: it’s impossible to cancel their account and unsubscribe their membership.

I just subscribe the website zoosk for a month; when I wanted to try the website I just realized that many people have been scammed by them and, I gave my bank informations because I thought I would be able to delete them when I wanted, but when I try to do it, I’m not able. There is a “Cancel” button, but the “Remove” button it’s empty, so I don’t give them any confidence. So, I want to unsubscribe this website and remove my profil as well as my bank information if it’s possible. Thank you.

It seems quickly but I found that fact strange, so I prefer to get ahead before my bank account receives any withdrawal.»

    I just want to cancel subscription, You keep adding on additional charges which were ambiguous from the start. I have spoken to my bank to stop further charges and they will do so.

    zoosk has taken a payment out of my PayPal account with out my authorisation so ill be taken action on it

    Can you stop billing my bank account I’m being scammed cancel all my subscriptions from you and any parent companies you are linked to I want my money refunded immediately. This email address you see now has scammed me, Wagner.lacey17@gmail
